How to Book

1. Present the idea to your colleagues

Call us if you need help with this. We can provide additional information/facts. We are also available for personal meetings

2. Send out a letter to the parents (optional)

A letter from Banango Projects to the parents (pdf)

3. Make a provisional booking

Secure your date of preference by booking early. Provisional bookings can be postponed or changed at no cost provided it is done more than 30 days in advance.

4. Simulation day

The hall should be set-up the day before the simulation according to the set-up diagram (pdf) that will be sent to you on confirmation of the booking.
